The room was clean and well-maintained during my stay.
Unfortunately, my experience was undermined by the hotel management's rudeness. I was told off for simply taking my keys upon arrival, which felt very disrespectful. I found the amenities lacking. simple necessities like shampoo and tissues were not provided, and the room had poor lighting, making it feel quite gloomy.

The triple room was cozy with a comfy springy bed and a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast spread was satisfying, featuring a variety of options like sausage, beans, and a pot of coffee. The selection of pillows was a nice touch, allowing me to choose whichever suited me best.
A feeling of unease after a questionable room entry.

The hotel had a charming Victorian decor and was conveniently located on the promenade, providing easy access for seniors to enjoy beautiful sea views and the gentle sound of waves, enhancing the overall ambiance.
More reliable lift service would be beneficial for seniors.

missingWrote a review on 12 Julbalcony viewhearty breakfastconfusing entry
The triple room provided a nice balcony, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a good view. Breakfast presented a hearty selection, featuring steaming plates and quality ingredients that satisfied morning hunger.
Upon arrival, the entry process felt confusing due to no signage. I ended up waiting longer than expected for a receptionist. soft beds might bother some, and not every shower was straightforward when it came to adjusting the hot water. The layout of the hotel included narrow corridors that could feel cumbersome when navigating.

the hotel is family run and super friendly. i had a cozy room with an amazin sea view. the breakfast was hot and filling, and everything felt so clean and comfy. location is fab, with the beach just a stroll away and buses right outside. it’s a great base if ur on a budget and need a decent place to stay!
the lift was outta order which made it tough draggin my luggage up the stairs. also, the wifi was kinda spotty, so keep that in mind if u need to work.
